Spike Hill Recap and Month of May
'ello, ello',
Spike Hill was awesome. A shout out to Rani for getting our stage sound levels nice and cozy. We also thank Royal Canoe from Winnipeg Canada for inviting us out to play. You may check them out here royalcanoe.com/. They have one more date in NYC next week at Piano's. You won't see another band around here like them. Their's is a great set to see. Our next show is Friday at 9:00 pm May 18th at a place called L4 Black Door. It's ten bucks to enter that night and the place is on 41 Murray Street in Tribeca, near the Chambers stop for the A,C or Park Place for the 2,3. The last show of the month is at The Delancey at 168 Delancey in the Lower East Side. It's 5 bucks and we play at 11pm right after our amigos The Bicycle Boys. Let's make it happen that night because rock and roll will be in the house. Oh and if you have not checked out our new demos, they are up top on the music player as Don't, America, The Tobacconist, and Tangerine. Happy listening. love, GK NEW TRACKS and SHOW THIS THURSDAY

Hi all,
We've been working on a new four song release tentatively titled, America EP. About a month ago we began recording in our Brooklyn bungalow and this last week we came close to wrapping up. We have just a few more vocal tracks to get, and shortly thereafter we should have the songs ready for release! Mosh pit! Also, we recently got word that we will be playing Thursday May 3rd at Brooklyn's 2012 installment of the Infringement Festival at Don Pedro's at 90 Manhattan Ave in Bushwick near the Montrose L stop. $5 bucks at the door that night. It's a bonafide weekend of DIY musical celebration. Come on out you filthy animals. love, GK Fontana's Show and New Video

Bom dia ti-tia!
Thank you to Far From Jumping twitter.com/#!/FarFromJumping for inviting us to play last night! We enjoyed the sound at Goodbye Blue Monday. Though we were hijacked and held hostage by a stranger for 45 minutes before taking the stage we are so glad that people stuck around past midnight to throw down with us when we finally did. Cheers to a good night y'all. Love, GK Shrine Bar Shindig and Monday Maelstrom
Hola y'all,
Harlem Shrine Bar stage was tight! It was great to share the stage with the band that New York City could not kill: Squirrels From Hell (killer saxophonist with this group)..and Pork Chop Willie (sweet driving blues). Post show exodus to Williamsburg and dancing kept the energy up. Hope to see you at our next show at down and dirty Good Bye Blue Monday off the Kosciusko stop in Bushwick, actually on Monday coming up. We have a late set at 12am, no less rockin'. (hoo-bangin-can't get enough). We have special gifts for our peeps who come on out! Love, GK Last Two Shows@ Trash Bar : Thank you! It was good to fill the room with music last Friday!
